Welcome to our Stamp of the Month Blog Hop! Can you BELIEVE it's already 2011!! I'm still scratching my head wondering where the heck 2010 went! Well, to start off the new year, we will be featuring January's SOTM, which is "Find Your Style" a set of 9 stamps. These stamps are simply amazing, and I had a LOT of fun playing with them, so be sure to check out my additional post featuring MORE artwork!
If you have come here from Susan Brooks' Blog, you are on the right path! The blog hop is a great big circle, so you can start here and work your way all around. If you get lost along the way, you’ll find the complete list of participating consultants here.
This month we have over 55 Close To My Heart Consultants sharing their creations using this month's SOTM and other great CTMH products on their blogs. This is simple to do - just click on the link at the end of the post on each blog to move to the next one! Here we go!
This is the GORGEOUS stamp set that we had to work with this month! I hope you love it as much as I do!
And here is my creation. I just love how this Pacifica stamped bird pops on the background. Read more for details!
I was able to learn this amazing "faux wood" technique by watching a video created by the VERY talented fellow CTMH Consultant, Tracey Mason! You can view this "how to" video HERE. I am surrounded by so many talented people in my Close To My Heart family. Let me know if YOU would like to join our family as well!
Now "Hop" on over to Carol Horton's Blog to see her work! Be sure to visit all the Consultants at their Blogs to get some great crafting ideas and other fun ideas! Remember, the January's SOTM is only available until January 31st! Contact your CTMH Consultant (or click here) to see how you can get this stamp set at a discount or even free!
Here are some more projects I have made using this Stamp of the Month...

Wow, Studio J!! What? You don't know what Studio J is?
Have you played with Studio J? Do you know what Studio J is? Welllllll, let me fill you in! If you visit my Close To My Heart Website there is a link to go to Studio J Online Scrapbooking! Now, GET THIS...Studio J is completely FREE for you to try out and play with, it does NOT download anything to your computer, so no worries about viruses or slowing your computer down, and you can create to your heart's content, all at NO COST to you!
Never thought you would do online scrapbooking? Well, I have a few girls who needed a gift, or thought they were not creative enough to do the traditional paper scrapbooking...they now LOVE Studio J!
Here are a few of the pages I have created with Studio J...
Can you imagine? These were so fun, so easy, and took limited time to create! And did I mention, NO MESS to clean up afterwards? Although I do not see myself ever going completely to online scrapbooking, it sure is fun to do. I was able to order two copies of the tubing pages, and the pages of my nephew so that I could give them to my son's girlfriend Kayla, and my sister! Easy peasy! Create it once, order two copies to give as gifts!
So, have some fun, go check it out. It costs you NOTHING unless you decide you love your pages so much you HAVE TO order the prints :). You can purchase individually, or I do have details available on discounted 5 packs, a 3 month membership, or a full year membership.
What does the membership do for you? It allows you to purchase your layouts at HALF PRICE, receive FREE shipping once a month on qualified orders, receive page protectors for your new pages you have created, gives you access to member exclusive paper packs AND page patterns...WOW!
Contact me if you wish to receive more details! You may purchase your 5 packs and memberships through me, or right online through my website. Now, run and play! It's so user friendly and a blast to play with!

Creating with "Wings"
ONE of the MANY awesome benefits of being a Close To My Heart Consultant is that I am allowed a "preview" period before new products are released to the public!! I have been VERY BUSY being creative with a LOVELY paper pack "Wings" that will be available to all of you come January 1st! Be sure to see me for the January mini-catalog with AWESOME deals in it that include this fantastic paper pack!
In these pages, you will see our "Flip Flaps" featured also. "The Shoes" is a 4" x 6" Flip Flap, and the pages themselves feature the 6" x 12" Flip Flaps. This is an AWESOME way to expand your space for more pictures.
Don't forget to watch my blog for the January Stamp of the Month Blog Hop which will feature the adorable stamp set used in these pages as well!

My lastest creative attempt...
My oldest stepdaughter, Lacy, is blessing us with a granddaughter soon. I had the pleasure of throwing her a baby shower back on December 5th. I wanted to share with all of you what I created for her.
This is her diaper baby. I am very pleased with how she turned out, especially since this was my first ever made! It was a lot of fun choosing the outfit, and teaching myself how to make them! I also made her a diaper cake, which was also a lot of fun! The diaper baby I made in size 1 diapers, and the cake in size 2.
I am very excited and can't WAIT to meet our precious granddaughter, Isabella Marie!
