During the week of May 9th through May 13th, My Creative Clubhouse will be featuring "Hinged Card" as our Technique of the Week.  The cost is $5.00 per person.  Please call ahead to reserve your time! Technique of the Week is available anytime during our open hours, just schedule ahead!  

 My Creative Clubhouse hours of operation are: Monday, Wednesday & Friday  10 am - 6 pm, Tuesday & Thursday 10 am - 9 pm, Saturday 10 am - 3 pm (Winter), OR Saturday 8 am - 3 pm (During Farmer's Market).  Closed Sundays.

May Beginner's Quilling Class

The My Creative Clubhouse May Beginner's Quilling Class is right around the corner!  The project shown here is a combination of the Technique of the Week (Masking) being taught for the week of Monday, May 23rd through Friday, May 27th AND the Beginner's Quilling Class project!   What fun we are going to have with this!

Look at that flower!  All I can think is "Boing" when I look at the adorable spirals that make up the flower petals on this one! Reminds me of my youngest stepdaughter, Lauriel.  When she was younger, she had these tiny, tight little curls of hair along her hairline.  You could grab ahold of them, stretch them out, and they would "boing" right back into place!

This quilling class will be held Thursday, May 26th 11 am - 1 pm OR 6 pm - 8 pm. Class is $10.00 per person, Pre-Registration and Pre-Payment is required.  A class kit is recommended, but not required.  The masking Technique of the Week is $5.00.

Faux Wood-Technique of the Week

Learn to use cardstock and inks to create this "Faux Wood" look!  This was the Technique of the Week for Monday, January 3rd through Friday, January 7th.  However, this technique will be rerun on the following day and time:

Technique of the Week-March 15th-Stringing You Along!

The week of March 15th through March 19th, My Creative Clubhouse will be teaching the technique "Stringing You Along". We we create the below piece to be used on a finished card. Here is the piece after it has been matted to be used on our card.

What a nice combination of spring colors; Amethyst, Sunkiss Yellow, and Baby Pink!

And here is the finished piece! I used a new stamp set from the Spring 2010 Close To My Heart Idea Book. This stamp set is so adorable, you will want to see it in person! I guarantee it!

Herringbone-Technique of the Week Feb. 8th - Feb. 12th

The week of February 8th through February 12th, visit My Creative Clubhouse and learn the Herringbone technique. This creations was made with the NEW Caboodle Level 2 Paper Packet, and also NEW, My Acrylix Stamp Set "State of Mind".
