My Father's Day Cards

I have been VERY busy making different things, and having a BLAST doing it. Since Lane and I both come from divorced families, the various "holidays" and occassions get very interesting. So, I needed to make up three Father's Day cards this year. The first one you see is for MY Dad.
This next one is for my Stepdad, who LOVES to fish. Hope he loves his card!


And this last one is for my Father-In-Law, Lane's Dad!


I had so much fun making these cards. It really is a stress reliever for me. I used a mix of current and retired products, but all products shown are Close To My Heart. Kid's HUMP DAY Summer Stamp Camp

Have YOU registered your child for the Kid's Summer HUMP DAY Stamp Camp?? If not, they are missing out on a TON of fun! Here is a sneak peak at what the kids made in today's class:


Each week, the kids will create a project, and then will have time to get their own creativity on!! There are still SEVEN weeks left of Kid's Summer HUMP DAY Stamp Camp. Sign your kids up before next Wednesday to assure they do not miss out on any more of the fun!

Times: Ages 8-12 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm

Techique Tuesday June 23rd

Tuesday, June 23rd will be home to the Cracked Glass technique.
We will be creating this beautiful card and the main focus of the card will use the Cracked Glass technique.

Week of Father's Day Promotion

Beginning Monday, June 15th and ending Saturday, June 20th, you may stop in to My Creative Clubhouse and create any of the above cards for ONLY $4.00 each! Everything will be precut for you, you will simply follow the samples and create your own card for that special Father in your life!

Make one, or make as many as you wish, but don't forget Father's Day! This will run during ALL open hours. The hours of operation are as follows:

M, W, F 10:00 am - 6:00 pm
Tu, Th 10:00 am - 9:00 pm
Sat 8:00 am - 3:00 pm

Saturday, June 6th Make and Take

This past Saturday, My Creative Clubhouse held it's very first FREE Make & Take. It was very successful! Thank you everyone who stopped by to make the beautiful project!

CALENDAR CLUB

THIS IS A CLUB-IT REQUIRES A SIX MONTH COMMITMENT!!!

This club will run once a month June through November. We will be creating a 2010 Calendar in this club. Each month, we will make two calendar 12x12 toppers, and decorate the calendar itself.

The first club date will require a payment of $25.00. It will cover the two pages (January & February) and the money to order your calendar (base we will use to attach the pages). Each month after will be $15.00. You WILL need to Pre-Register & pay for this club two weeks prior to the club date (except this first one since this is all new!)

So, prior to Thursday, June 11th, you will need to stop in to pay the $25.00 for the first club night. Here are photos of the first calendar topper pages we will be making.....

If for some reason you are not able to make it to Calendar Club night, you ARE required to pay your monthly fee, and you may pick up your kit at your convenience. All pieces will be included to complete your pages.

This club will begin Thursday, June 11th. It will run the second Thursday of the month through November, at which time you will have a completed 2010 calendar. If you would like to make more than one, you can. You would just be required to pay for as many club kits as you would like.

June 9th Technique Tuesday Project

This class will feature the watercolor technique ! The large paisley in the center is stamped and then watercoloring is done.

Class will be held Tuesday, June 9th, the cost is $3.00 per person plus tax. Pre-Registration and payment is required!

This will be taught in at two different sessions: 10 am - Noon or 6 pm - 8 pm. Be sure to Pre-Register and pay, this class is already filling up!

And remember, ANY technique that is taught and used can be utilized in cardmaking AND scrapbooking alike!
